Title :Data entry using TEXT or TEXTAREA fields

Message : Character sets react differently depending on their input either through TEXT or TEXTAREA. For example using a Russified MacOS the switch between French/Russian works not the same way for extended characters. French characters appear well in the TEXTAREA but not in the TEXT field.
They are redisplayed as TEXT field language encoding because of the JavaScript fields refilling before the JavaScript submit.
